PROJECTINA Micro Macro Projector MMP-1000

This instrument can be used to make both micro and macro
enlargements. The unique combination of high-resolution screen
and binocular viewing eliminates the problem of fatigue.
Projectina systems permit individuals as well as teams to exercise
optimum judgement in identifying, processing and cleaning up
damage of fibres, fabrics, textile structures and spinnerets.
Also suitable for the quality control in the paper industry for
- fibre analysis and fibre measurements, determination of grain sizes
and colour pigments, for
biological tests as well as for
- bigger fibres, pulp, surface finish of paper, board, etc.
Magnifications on the screen (diameter 180 mm):
10 x, 20 x, 65 x, 125 x, 250 x and 500 x
PROJECTINA Micro Projector (Lanameter)

for measuring the exact lengths, widths and diameters
of wool and other fibres on the 360° rotatable head,

at magnifications of 50 x and 500 x,
in accordance with DIN and IWTO specifications.
Universal-Inspection System for spinnerets

consisting of
- Stereo-Zoom-Microscope
magnification 12 x
62 x, with stepless adjustment
- Transmitted and incident light illuminators, adjustable
- Large mechanical cross-stage 300 x 400 mm
with built-in X-Y verniers.
Automatic Spinneret Control System ASPI-3

This innovative system automates the process of
checking that capillaries are clean. Simple programming
automatically controls capillary position and optical scanning.
The system eliminates operator errors arising from the
tedious task of manual/optical inspection. At the same time,
all measurements are recorded, thus ensuring uninterrupted
documentation and statistics.
A checking rate of at least 1 capillary per second guarantees
a high throughput.
The ASPI-3 is maintenance and calibration-free, ensuring low
operating costs and a rapid return on investment.
Technical Data:
- Space required (without PC): 87 x 82
x 54 cm (wxdxh)
- Weight: 70 kg
- Scanning range (test area): 400 x 250 mm
mechanical stage; with
customer-specific spinneret inserts
- Z-axis adjustment: 60 mm
- Optics: 4 interchangeable magnifications;
