Foam porosity testers display the porosity of flexible cellular polyurethanes to determine the ease of air escaping through the cellular structure. Flow values can be used as indirect measurements in the case of special cell structure properties.
CellFlo is a pocket-sized digital device that is ergonomically designed with soft grips for holding comfort.
With the digital air flow reading from 0 - 100 (zero to 100% current), the unit allows safe monitoring of foam quality at the production line shutdown. This can also support necessary production adjustments during the run.
