Short description
The machine determines how easily air can escape through the cellular structure. The airflow value can be an indirect measurement of certain cell structure properties. The F0031 foam porosity tester model was manufactured in relation to the international standards for measurements of flexible cellular test pieces, 50 mm x 50 mm x 25 mm, placed in a cavity of the vacuum chamber and a specified constant differential air pressure is applied. The F0031's Pa pressure can be set digitally on the display. When the FPT reaches the Pa automatically, the airflow rate is locked at the set Pa and is held on the run display to automatically complete a test in seconds.
