Short description
Die P/44 ist eine kompakte, vielseitig einsetzbare Tischpresse mit großer Stanzkraft. It is particularly suitable for punching test specimens from flat non-metallic materials such as plastics, rubber. Leather, paper and textiles.
The punching knives can be easily clamped in the gripper jaw chuck. The ejector built into each punch blade is actuated by an adjustable ejector pin in the punch, so that the punched parts are automatically ejected after each punching operation. During the punching process, the punching material is not compressed by the ejector.
To protect the punching pad, the P/44 is equipped with a depth stop. This limits the penetration of the punching knife into the punching base.
The stroke is released with a pneumatic two-button release. This provides the operator with the highest level of work safety. Other variants possible on request.
For punching specimens from metal foils, the P/44 can also be equipped with punch and die tools.
The P/44 requires virtually no maintenance.
